Το symphonic/prog metal σχήμα των Mythodea, στο οποίο συμμετέχουν ο Steve Di Giorgio (Testament) και Χρήστος Νικολάου, δημοσίευσαν σήμερα, 8 Φεβρουαρίου, το νέο τους single, αλλά και το video που το συνοδεύει.
Πρόκειται για το κομμάτι “Into The Abyss” και αποτελεί το πρώτο από τα τραγούδια που θα δουν το φως της δημοσιότητας μέσα στο 2023 και αποτελούν τη συνέχεια του εξαιρετικού ομότιτλου ντεμπούτου που είχε κυκλοφορήσει πίσω στο 2012.
Σε αυτό το πρώτο single έχουν καλεσμένη πίσω από το μικρόφωνο την τραγουδίστρια/μπασίστρια Ida Haukland των Νορβηγών Triosphere.
O Χρήστος Νικολάου είναι ο δημιουργός, κιθαρίστας και βασικός συνθέτης του σχήματος, ενώ ο Steve Di Giorgio, πέρα από το μπάσο, συνεισφέρει και ως στιχουργός των τραγουδιών. Το lineup συμπληρώνει ο Στέφανος Μελετίου στα τύμπανα.
Το mastering έχει αναλάβει ο Matias Kupiainen των Stratovarius, ενώ κάθε κυκλοφορία θα φέρει ξεχωριστό artwork το οποίο έχει δημιουργήσει η Gogo Melone.
