Οι Stryper δεν δείχνουν να έχουν την παραμικρή διάθεση να παραδώσουν τα όπλα, αντίθετα, στις 13 Σεπτεμβρίου 2024 κυκλοφορούν το δωδέκατο studio album τους, το οποίο θα φέρει τον τίτλο “When We Were Kings”.
Λίγες μόλις ημέρες μετά το λανσάρισμα του πρώτου video single με τίτλο “End Of Days”, οι Αμερικανοί δίνουν στη δημοσιότητα 2 από τα τραγούδια που θα περιλαμβάνονται στο δίσκο, το “Loves Symphony” σε μορφή lyric video και το visualiser video για το “Grateful”.
Η τρέχουσα σύνθεση της μπάντας αποτελείται από τα αρχικά μέλη Michael Sweet, Robert Sweet και Oz Fox, ενώ στο μπάσο τους συμπληρώνει ο Perry Richardson, με τον οποίο ξεκίνησαν να συνεργάζονται από το 2017.
O δίσκος θα κυκλοφορήσει από τα φιλόξενα λημέρια της Frontiers Music Srl.
To σχήμα έχει ανακοινώσει για το Φθινόπωρο μια (αμερικανική) περιοδεία για να γιορτάσει στο δρόμο τη συμπλήρωση 40 χρόνων.
