Khirki
Οι Khirki (Κίρκη) είναι ένα μουσικό τρίο από την Αθήνα που ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στο rock ‘n’ roll και την παραδοσιακή μουσική. Η μπάντα αντλεί το όνομά της από τη γνωστή μάγισσα της μυθολογίας που μετέτρεψε το πλήρωμα του Οδυσσέα σε ζώα σερβίροντάς τους το μαγικό της κρασί. Αντίστοιχα το συγκρότημα, αφότου μάζεψε καρπούς από τη metal/rock κουλτούρα (Kvelertak, Mastodon, Tool, κλπ.) και επηρεάστηκε βαθιά από τα ντουμάνια της Ανατολής και των Βαλκανίων, δημιούργησε το δικό του μαγικό «ζωμό», διατηρώντας άθικτο και ανόθευτο το heavy χαρακτήρα του.
Το 2021 κυκλοφόρησε το πρώτο full-length άλμπουμ με τίτλο «ΚΤΗΝΩΔΙΑ» το οποίο κέρδισε τον ενθουσιασμό της metal κοινότητας και απέσπασε εξαιρετικές κριτικές από τον εγχώριο και διεθνή Τύπο.
To 2024 επανήλθαν με τη δεύτερη κυκλοφορία τους «ΚΥΚΕΩΝΑΣ», η οποία ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες και εξασφάλισε μία ξεχωριστή θέση για τους Khirki στον παγκόσμιο metal χάρτη.

Coming from Thessaly, Greece, Minorfase are undoubtedly the best bet of the local heavy rock music scene. They immediately managed to develop an explosive filtering of their influences that does not go unnoticed. Heavy rock style with deeply rooted southern grooves and down tuned distorted guitars, vocals that reach quite ‘high’ and Metal and Grunge rhythms with a special basis in the melody, form the special and unique character of the band.
In November of 2016 they released their first demo “As I am” and in the summer of 2017 the debut EP entitled “Thoughts”. The debut album “5 Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening” in 2018, pulsates with freshness and fascinates from its first minutes with the imaginative melodies on vocals and guitars, the groovy rhythms and the southern-ness of the atmosphere that overwhelms the record. They have received the best reviews and were hosted as December’s 2018 band choice of the month at Metal Hammer Greece.
In 2023 they released their 3rd album titled ‘’ No Place To Rest’’, which includes 10 fresh tracks and over 46 minutes of the endless energy that characterizes their special sound! They unfold even more their character, melodies, grooves and dynamism. With many more ideas in songwriting, and the lead role in the guitars, ‘’No Place…’’ is appetizing, hides a darkness in its atmosphere and fulfills all the conditions to stay on repeat for a long time.
Active with many shows in the country’s music scene, they have shared the stage with Sasquatch, Planet of Zeus, Nightstalker, The Restoned, Potergeist, Black Hat Bones, Puta Volcano and many more.
